Mission Statement
The Mission of the Mooers Free Library is to provide resources, services, and programs necessary to meet the public's informational, educational, cultural, and entertainment needs to enhance individual and community life. The Mooers Free Library intends to provide the community free access to the world of ideas, information in varied formats, and creative experience in an open and non-judgmental environment. The Mooers Free Library strives to maintain a collection of interests and benefits for persons of all ages and abilities. The library seeks to represent all points of view fairly when selecting library materials, programs, and speakers.
Adopted by the Mooers Free Library Board of Trustees on September 24, 2007.
